Y2H is committed to empowering and uplifting disadvantaged communities in Haiti through comprehensive support. Our mission is to provide financial assistance, educational resources, and essential aid to families in need. By addressing Nutrition, Health, and Education, we strive to foster personal growth, improve social well-being, and inspire long-term positive change. Through integrity, dedication, and collective action, we aim to create a brighter, self-sustaining future for the next generation.

A hungry population cannot be educated, and an uneducated generation cannot build a thriving nation. That’s why we work to provide families with the resources they need to create a sustainable future for themselves. Through our efforts, we aim to restore hope, dignity, and opportunity, encouraging active community participation and strengthening social cohesion to heal our nation.

Y2H is more than an organization—it’s a movement dedicated to empowering Haiti’s youth and transforming communities. We believe that no child should suffer from hunger, lack of education, or inadequate healthcare. Our core focus areas—Nutrition, Health, and Education—reflect our commitment to breaking the cycle of poverty and fostering sustainable growth.
